Lodgement credit price drop
Following a £2.50 reduction in Landmark fees, the lodgement credit price will reduce to £35.00 on the 6 April 2017. Therfore, we advise that if you are planning to purchase credits for use after the 6 April, you do so after this date. Visit the lodgement portal
New version of EPC conventions
DCLG have issued a new version of the EPC conventions, issue 6, which will come into force on 1 May 2017. If you are an EPC assessor, these new conventions should be treated as mandatory CPD. Once you have read the document, identified and understood the changes and new requirements, you can record the time spent on your CPD record for 2017. Please note that these conventions now apply in Scotland. View the new EPC conventions
Section 63 update
All certified Section 63 Assessors can now lodge Action Plans in Scotland and certified DEC assessors can lodge DECs in Scotland, in the same way they lodge DECs in England, Wales and N. Ireland. We apologise for the delay in getting this operational since our approval in September.
Please note, if you are on our DEC assessor register, you are not automatically eligible to lodge Action Plans unless you are also a Section 63 Assessor. Become a Section 63 Advisor
Upcoming CPD audit
We will be carrying out our CPD audit for your 2016 records shortly, so if you haven’t already, you need to update your 2016 record now. Your CPD records should include identified objectives as well as linked activities to appropriate schemes and objectives. Update your CPD records
