Transfer Your Certification

You have already made the decision that certifying your management system will help you achieve the objectives of your organisation; why not align yourselves with CIBSE certification and benefit from an association with a certification body embedded in the building services industry?

There are no up-front costs associated with this transfer process. Even if a site visit is required, the quotation will be effective from the next audit that is due under the existing audit programme.

Transfers are done on the basis that the other certification body holds a similar level of accreditation to CIBSE Certification Ltd.  Only certifications issued by an accredited certification body can be accepted for transfer. All other Certifications will be treated as new clients.

Transferring your certification is a simple five step process:

  1. Fill out our application form or call us on +44 (0)20 8772 3649 for further advice

  2. Send us your completed application form and provide the relevant documentation on your existing certification

  3. Receive your quotation for the next certification cycle following our review

  4. Transfer to us, by accepting our quotation

  5. Receive your new certificate.
