Conventions

The conventions documents, included in this part of the website, have been agreed and approved by the Non Domestic Conventions Groups and DLUHC. Membership of the group is open to all Certification Schemes as part of the on-going work to standardise the assessment process, and to ensure a uniformity of approach, that will assist Certification Schemes and Energy Assessors. The Group has been set up with the approval of DLUHC.

The conventions are designed to improve the quality and accuracy of EPB Certificates.
