NABERS UK is an adaptation of the renowned rating program NABERS, originally established in Australia. Since its inception in 1999, NABERS has gained international recognition as a premier environmental performance evaluation tool for commercial buildings.

Similar to the efficiency star ratings found on household appliances like refrigerators or washing machines, NABERS assigns a rating ranging from one to six stars for office buildings. This system aids building owners in comprehending their building's performance relative to similar structures, offering a benchmark for measuring progress.
