Welcome to the September edition of our CIBSE Certification newsletter.
2019/20 Renewals - Online payment open
You can now pay your registration fees online in three simple steps:
- Sign into your MyCIBSE profile
- Go to 'My Payments'
- Select and pay your invoice online
Please note that even if you pay your registration fee we will only be sending certificates and ID cards if your registration meets the compliance requirements, so you may still be suspended.
A few things to make sure are up-to-date include:
- Your contact details, including work information
- Your CPD record
- Your insurance records
- Signed code of conduct

New ORCalc software version for lodgements in Scotland only
Please note that there is a new ORCalc version released from the Scottish register, a version specific for DEC lodgements in Scotland only. Those who issue DECs in Scotland, please make sure that you use this new version going forward.
You can find and download the new ORCalc version for lodgements in Scotland on the CIBSE Certification Lodgement Portal, please login with your details and access the “Downloads” area.
You will need to uninstall any previous versions, an instructions document is included in the zip file that contains the software. After downloading and installing please update the CIP file (which you can also find at the “Downloads” area of the Lodgement Portal) as the one deployed in the package is a dummy file.
