Ian Pillay from Accretion Energies gave a presentation breaking down and discussing what hydrogen is, its many colours, how it can be used to help combat climate change and where the industry is heading.
Ian is Chief Technology Officer for Accretion Energies. He has over 25 years experience as an engineer, with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and an MSc in Advanced Engineering. Starting out as an apprentice mechanical artificer in the chemical industry. Ian was also a senior development engineer at Europe's largest electrolyser company and then went on to develop a new novel type of membrane less electrolyser which was successfully floated on the London Stock Exchange early in 2022.
