The Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) has issued Guidance for Non – Domestic Landlords on The Energy Efficiency (Private Rented Property) (England and Wales) Regulations 2015
Following the coming into force of The Energy Efficiency (Private Rented Property) (England and Wales) Regulations 2015 in 2016 and with the first trigger date for prohibition on letting sub-standard property looming (1st April 2018), the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) have issued guidance for Non – Domestic Landlords. If you are an EPC assessor or Low Carbon Consultant working, or planning to work, with landlord organisations to make sure they don’t have a problem with this new requirement you might find this guidance useful.
